The SPE Regional Distinguished Achievement Award for Petroleum Engineering Faculty recognizes superiority in classroom teaching, excellence in research, significant contributions to the petroleum engineering profession and/or special effectiveness in advising and guiding students. It is presented based on the recommendation of the regional director or the regional award committee.
As one of the prestigious recipients, his name will be listed on www.spe.org.
There will be an awards ceremony taking place at the Southwestern Regional Award Ceremony hosted by the Permian Basin in Midland TX.
